Customer Service Representative

We are an Insurance Agency and need a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing Commerical Insurance ,service their accounts in all their needs , multi task receptionist and customer service . Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Office assistant , filling , answer phone
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Multi task

• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
