Salary Range: $60000.00 - $72000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries and general information.
• Process policy changes and endorsements accurately.
• Handle customer requests and resolve issues in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Maintain client records and update information in the agency management system.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
• Support staff and clients with workers' compensation audits.
• Create acord applications and update renewal applications when needed.
• Collect underwriting materials from the client, as requested by the insurance carrier.

• Licensed CA property and casualty agent.
• Minimum: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A positive and helpful attitude.
• Experience working with the Applied Systems Agency Manager (TAM).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
