Customer Service Representative

Summary:

• Location: Client States

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service, advisement, and order-taking to company, veterinarians, and medical professionals.
• Compose clear electronic correspondence through email and text.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to provide supplement recommendations.
• Nurture relationships through account management and follow-up.
• Occasional travel to equine and canine events to represent the company.
• Work cohesively with other advisors and departments including Production, Quality Assurance, and Shipping.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or recently completed a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Animal Science, Nutrition, Agricultural Business, or related fields.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of equine and small animal products or the equine industry.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks utilizing a wide degree of creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
