Extension is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Brookfield, WI.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling phone, email, fax, and order inquiries
Provide pricing, product availability, and delivery information
Enter customer purchase orders and create accurate sales and production orders
Address customer questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Prepare order confirmations, reports, correspondence, service logs, and other documentation
Maintain accurate customer information and records within computerized systems
Partner with sales, production, and management to ensure timely and accurate customer service
High school diploma required; additional education preferred
1–3 years of customer service, order entry, or related experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
SAP experience preferred
Comfortable reading and interpreting orders, procedures, and technical documentation
