    The ideal Customer Service Representative candidate will contribute a positive attitude in our teamwork approach. This candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a strong, self-directed work ethic. In a busy work environment, the ability to juggle multiple tasks is a necessity.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Processing orders, answering and routing telephone calls, administrative paperwork and other duties as assigned
    • Inventory control and counting
    • Assist homeowners in accomplishing their vision of their outdoor living space
    • Promote good customer relations by consistently providing excellent customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times
    • Have a developed rapport with the customer base, greet by name, have knowledge of account ownership, be responsive and timely, and display a caring attitude
    • Act with confidence by answering or finding the answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues
    • Perform daily office responsibilities, working with Department Managers to maintain an efficient operation
    • Assist with completion of special projects as needed and assigned
    • Use various PC-based software packages, including spreadsheets, word processing and graphics to produce high-quality reports

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to perform basic math equations
    • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
    • Strong computer skills
    • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail while multi-tasking
    • Exhibit professional and courteous etiquette in all situations
