We are seeking a NAT Customer Service Representative for our NA Fuel division, based in Brentwood, TN.
In this role, you will handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and other channels, focusing on building loyalty through quick issue resolution and proactive support.
Responsibilities include managing products and systems, resolving complex issues, onboarding customers, and recommending best practices to maximize product value.
You will serve as the single point of contact across departments, supporting account management and customer retention through proactive outreach.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (some college preferred), 2+ years of customer support experience, proficiency with basic computer applications, and strong problem-solving skills.
