CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Join our expanding retail team as a Customer Service Representative, serving as the first point of contact to deliver exceptional service and create positive customer experiences.

• Greet customers warmly, assist with sales orders, and manage customer accounts with accuracy.
• Process transactions, handle inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and support operational audits and compliance.
• Maintain detailed records, collaborate with team members, and utilize point-of-sale and management systems efficiently.
  

• Requirements include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior customer service or administrative experience preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
