Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards in handling BOR requests and inquiries from agents and brokers regarding Chubb personal lines policies.
Apply advanced knowledge of personal lines insurance and Chubb products to process special change endorsements, policy rewrites, cancellations, pre-renewals, and manual rewrites with accuracy.
Efficiently and professionally resolve agent inquiries, demonstrating technical proficiency, ownership, and timeliness.
Analyze complex information to make informed decisions and solve problems, ensuring a superior experience for all stakeholders.
Navigate and integrate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve agent requests and inquiries.
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external business partners, utilizing functional expertise to address complex client needs.
Maintain high productivity, service, and quality standards within a dynamic environment by applying best practices and technical knowledge.
Collaborate with team members and business partners, providing guidance and sharing expertise.
Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and service quality.
Serve as a subject matter expert for complex policy changes and escalated agent inquiries, offering technical guidance and support.
Act as a liaison between underwriting, Operations, and other departments to resolve complex cases, ensuring swift and coordinated solutions through technical leadership.
Flexibility to work any shift between 8am and 6pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Technical Skills
Knowledge of Masterpiece/PLS systems preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
Working knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies preferred
Education
The pay range for the role is $37,000 to $59,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
