Customer Service Representative / Bilingual Drayage CSR

We’re immediately hiring 2 Bilingual Customer Service Representativeswith drayage experience for a third-party logistics company in Commerce, CA.

These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions where you will earn $24 an hour and work Monday through Friday on the day shift. Plus, you will be eligible for sick pay, direct deposit, and weekly pay.

As a Drayage Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound emails and phone calls, tracking shipments, and assisting customers.

To qualify for these positions, you must speak both English and Spanish fluently and have at least 2 years of logistics customer service and drayage experience. You must also have:

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• The ability to effectively communicate via email, in-person, and over the phone.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• The ability to work overtime, as needed.
