Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our warehouse team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by assisting customers, coordinating shipments, processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and communicatingwith drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
Process customer orders, invoices, and shipping documentation
Check drivers in and out and coordinate dock assignments
Maintain accurate data entry and complete time-sensitive reports
Monitor inventory and shipment status
Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Work closely with warehouse and corporate teams to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Strong computer and data entry skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office 365 experience preferred)
AS400 experience is a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Spanish is a plus
