Customer Service Representative

SALARY: $19.50/hr.

LOCATION: Beaverton, OR

SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | 6:00am-2:30

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle inbound member calls and emails, including complex customer service inquiries.

• Resolve account, billing, coverage, and general service questions accurately.

• Update member information and records across multiple systems.

• Protect sensitive information while providing professional, responsive service. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries.

• Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills with accurate typing speed of 20+ WPM.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally and maintain accuracy across multiple systems. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer and handling phone and email inquiries. Must be able to frequently use a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and computer equipment with sufficient visual and manual dexterity to perform job duties accurately.
