- Verify patient details, ensure data accuracy, and maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism, addressing patient needs effectively.
- Utilize the Centricity database to input and update patient information, appointment statuses, and reminders.
- Display dependability by being flexible with shifts and promote teamwork to improve call center operations.
Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish preferred. A high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service or medical office experience are required.
