Job Title: Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support in both English and a second language through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, company policies, and procedures in both English and the required second language.
Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, and shipment tracking.
Escalate complex customer concerns to senior representatives or supervisors when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions within company systems.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental goals.
Stay current on product knowledge, policies, procedures, and system updates.
Support additional administrative duties as assigned, including data entry and general office support.
Qualifications
Fluency in English and the required second language, both written and verbal.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn customer service software and systems.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Work Environment & Requirements
Hybrid work-from-home position with the capability to report onsite as business needs require, including up to 5 days onsite when necessary.
Ability to work flexible schedules based on operational needs.
