Now hiring Customer Service Representative

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour

Shift: Flexible schedule | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

You've got the personality. You've got the skills. Now it's time to land the job that actually fits. We're hiring a customer service rep. A solid customer service job where your voice, vibe, and hustle matter.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of tenure in each of your last three positions
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, hospitality, or similar environment
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Reliable attendance and ability to adhere to a structured schedule
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST, including occasional Saturdays
  • Hardwired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted) and a distraction-free home workspace
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • No time off during the first 90 days of employment

Job Duties:

  • Handle high-volume inbound customer calls regarding mortgages, housing, permits, and account-related inquiries
  • Assist customers with service requests, account questions, and issue resolution
  • Provide accurate, professional, and courteous customer service
  • Document customer interactions and complete post-call documentation
  • Meet established performance metrics for quality, productivity, and schedule adherence
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support customer satisfaction
