Customer Service Representative (HIPP/IPPA)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Location: Remote – Austin, TX (Local candidates preferred)
Contract Duration: 6 months (No extension expected)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide functional and technical support by assisting customers with questions, issues, incidents, and service requests. This role primarily focuses on customer interaction and issue resolution rather than transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions, concerns, incidents, and service requests.

• Provide functional and/or technical support to resolve customer issues.

• Coordinate with internal support and product teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Document, track, and follow up on all incidents and requests.

• Ensure proper notifications and escalations are completed when needed.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.

Required Qualifications

• Customer service or customer support experience preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work toward timely resolutions.

• Strong documentation, follow-up, and organizational skills.

• Bilingual candidates preferred.
