If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and vendors through phone, email, and direct communication.
- Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and coordinate related purchasing activities.
- Build consultative relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer projects, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with suppliers to obtain pricing, manage lead times, and ensure timely quote delivery.
- Assist with sourcing initiatives and process improvements that support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Type: Contract to Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:- 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, quoting, or related experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
