Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
- Provide product information and assist customers with their orders.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Proficient in using customer service software (NetSuite) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Automotive or Bus/Truck part sales a plus.
- Availability to work 8:30am-5pm.
