As our next Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first and last impression clients have of our hospital. You'll play a vital role in creating outstanding client experiences while helping pets receive the care they need.

What You'll Do

• Create exceptional experiences for clients and their pets from check-in through check-out
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist clients with scheduling appointments
• Help educate pet owners about services, preventive care, and hospital offerings
• Maintain accurate medical records and client information
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with technicians and veterinarians
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and support quality patient care
• Process payments and balance daily transactions
• Assist with prescription pick-ups and retail purchases
• Address client concerns professionally and compassionately
• Support a culture of teamwork, positivity, and excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and practice management software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Veterinary reception or veterinary CSR experience
• Experience working in a medical or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling and client communication systems
