Alaska Power & Telephone is seeking a full-time or part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Craig, Haines, Ketchikan, Petersburg or Wrangell, Alaska.We're looking for someone who is dependable, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about helping others. This role serves as a vital connection between our company and the customers who rely on us every day.This is an in-person position-not remote-and plays a key role in supporting our communities through reliable service and customer care.About the Role:As a CSR, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice of AP&T. You'll assist customers with power and telecom services, process payments, answer calls, and support billing and administrative tasks.
