We are hiring full-time, enthusiastic customer service representatives to join our team in Aiken, SC. In this role, you will use your sales skills and product knowledge to build strong customer relationships, provide outstanding service, and recommend moving solutions based on customer needs.

**Responsibilities:**
• Handle calls and online inquiries with excellent customer service
• Input data accurately into move software to generate estimates and schedule moves
• Follow up with customers for feedback and handle concerns professionally
• Prepare move-related documents and perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
• High school diploma or GED; associate's preferred
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to confidently initiate contact and ask for sales
• Willingness to pass background and drug screenings
• A team player committed to integrity and company values
