Salary Range: $35000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What youll do
- Be the first friendly voice our clients hear by phone, email, and walk-in
- Handle the everyday work that matters: policy changes, endorsements, certificates, billing questions, ID cards, and coverage updates
- Walk clients through claims and stay with them until the next step is clear
- Help clients with new quote opportunities when they come in, instead of automatically handing warm opportunities off to someone else
- Round out accounts when there is a real need. Someone insuring their car may also need coverage for their home, boat, umbrella, or life insurance. Youll spot the gap, start the conversation, and get paid when you write the policy.
- Review coverage at renewal and speak up when you see a gap someone could fall through
- Work directly with carrier reps to get answers and solve problems
- Keep our records clean and accurate in our agency management system
Requirements
What youll need
- A strong work ethic and a service mindset. This matters more to us than experience.
- An Ohio Property & Casualty license, or the willingness to earn one. Well pay for it and help you study.
- Comfort with computers and the patience to learn our systems.
- Clear, warm communication written and spoken.
- Insurance or customer service background is a plus, not a requirement.
