As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers by coordinating accurate paperwork, billing, order fulfillment, and issue resolution. You'll work closely with warehouse personnel and customers to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for
Accurately process inbound and outbound paperwork, verify data, and reconcile system information.
Prepare customer invoices for receiving, outbound processing, month-end billing, and additional services.
Maintain organized billing records and customer files.
Serve as the liaison between warehouse personnel and customers to communicate information and resolve concerns.
Monitor orders, prepare professional correspondence, and identify opportunities to recommend value-added services.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
Some college education and two years of business experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
Basic math, computer, word processing, and Warehouse Management System knowledge preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, initiative, and follow-through.
