PAY: $18$20 per hour
LOCATION: Seaside, OR
SCHEDULE: Full-time, MondayFriday, 40 hours per week. Eight-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email with product questions, pricing, availability, and orders.
- Recommend building materials and related products based on customer needs.
- Prepare material estimates and quotes for smaller projects, including decks, fences, stairs, and sheds.
- Enter customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up to ensure accuracy.
- Help with inventory, stocking, merchandising, and keeping the yard organized and safe.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of experience in retail, sales, or customer service. Home improvement retail experience, such as working in a hardware or home improvement store, is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of construction, building materials, tools, or mechanical products is helpful.
- Ability to learn product information, assist customers with material selections, and prepare basic project estimates.
- Willingness to learn material handling equipment and assist with general yard operations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, kneel, and reach.
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Willing to learn to operate forklifts and pallet jacks with proper training and safety procedures.
