RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• The Customer Service Representative will engage with customers by phone, email, and online chat to answer product and order-related questions
• 
  
• The Customer Service Representative resolve customer concerns and coordinate next steps with internal teams
• 
  
• Enter customer orders accurately and maintain supporting information
• 
  
• Partner with accounts and inside sales to provide timely, responsive service
• 
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Prior customer service experience required
• 
  
• Direct order entry experience required
• 
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
