Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our growing e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with online orders, order tracking, product inquiries, returns, and general account support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online platforms
- Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, and delivery questions
- Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacement requests according to company policies
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems
- Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and sales teams to resolve order-related issues
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback when appropriate
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
- Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
- Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- E-commerce, retail, or call center experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
