Overview
We are looking for a customer focused, highly motivated and ambitious customer service representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Duties

· Check incoming returned products, Verify that the items are correct and note any missing accessories or parts.

· Record the part # and tracking # in an excel file.

Requirements

· Standard communication skills in English.

· General Computer Skills, including data entry in Excel

Additional

Must be able to lift boxes 30-40lbs each
