Position Summary Responsible for accurately and efficiently answering calls and scheduling patient appointments in a high-volume environment. Obtains, verifies, and enters information into the scheduling system while providing customer service and support to patients.
Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage high-volume phone calls
• Obtain, verify, and accurately enter information into the scheduling system
• Conduct insurance verification and assist with patient inquiries
• Route calls to appropriate departments and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Professional phone etiquette with the ability to multitask
