Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first point of contact with our customers. We value their commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to assist customers through the ordering process. In this role, CSRs also gain valuable experience by assisting with in-store duties and learning the pizza delivery business.

CSRs are the first friendly voice and face our customers meet. Youll take orders, help customers through the menu and pitch in around the store.

Schedule

Mostly evenings and weekends, part-time and flexible. Its a good fit for students, a second job or summer work.

What youll do

• Answer every call on the first ring and take orders accurately

• Help customers with questions and resolve concerns

• Pitch in on in-store work: food prep, cleaning, dishes and stocking

Qualifications

What you need

• 16 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Clear, friendly communication

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced team; some computer experience helps

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
