After training, flexibility in shift hours is required, with operation hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 11:00 pm EST.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service to customers seeking or holding a life insurance policy through their employer.
- Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries related to enrolling or changing life insurance amounts, confirming or changing beneficiaries, understanding policy provisions, continuing coverage post-retirement, status of customer requests, and billing inquiries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the field or in a customer service role.
- Ability to work from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a secure, quiet workspace.
- Use of video during interviews, coaching, weekly huddles, and virtual training.
