ResourceMFG is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Oakdale, PA- NOT REMOTE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Job Description

This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating through email, phone calls, and various computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding shipments, deliveries, and service inquiries.
• Provide timely updates on order and shipment status.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information and shipment data.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications in a professional manner.
• Maintain records and documentation related to customer accounts and orders.
• Support daily administrative and customer service functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Logistics, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including email, typing, and data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
