Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist (Fast-Paced Environment)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities at once while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate order processing.

You’ll be responsible for handling inbound calls, processing orders, managing inventory-related tasks, coordinating freight, and resolving customer inquiries—all while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional support
  • Process, verify, and enter customer orders into CRM/ERP systems
  • Manage order reconciliation, returns, and inventory tracking
  • Generate and provide accurate price quotes
  • Coordinate and schedule freight shipments and logistics
  • Handle returned goods and resolve delivery or damage issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist with filing, documentation, and general administrative support
  • Participate in inventory counts, audits, and reporting
  • Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure order fulfillment

Qualifications
