Assist borrowers, attorneys, settlement agents, collection staff and other staff with billing statement and payment posting inquiries, payoff requests, and general loan inquiries/information. Assist the Payoff/Satisfaction Department in the preparation of payoff statements for borrowers, settlement agents, and Closing Department.
