Customer Service Rep II

This role is integral for maintaining the company database with the most current information and will effectively and professionally communicate with cross-functional teams, leaders and customers to ensure that we are providing world-class customer service. Relevant customer service, call center, or dispatching experience may be considered in lieu of additional education.

Pay: $19 hourly
Duration: 8 months, possibility of extension

Duties:

• Responsible for scheduling, logistics and dispatching technicians when new service calls are opened.
• This role is integral for maintaining the company database with the most current information and will effectively and professionally communicate with cross-functional teams, leaders and customers to ensure that we are providing world-class customer service.

Skills:

• Strong customer service background.
• Experience working in a call center environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior dispatching experience preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional education in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Relevant customer service, call center, or dispatching experience may be considered in lieu of additional education.
