Customer Service Rep II

This role is integral for maintaining the company database with the most current information and will effectively and professionally communicate with cross-functional teams, leaders and customers to ensure that we are providing world-class customer service. The Service Dispatch Specialist will be responsible for scheduling, logistics and dispatching technicians when new service calls are opened.

Position Summary:

The Service Dispatch Specialist will be responsible for scheduling, logistics and dispatching technicians when new service calls are opened. This role is integral for maintaining the company database with the most current information and will effectively and professionally communicate with cross-functional teams, leaders and customers to ensure that we are providing world-class customer service.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong customer service background.
• Experience working in a call center environment.
• Relevant customer service, call center, or dispatching experience may be considered in lieu of additional education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior dispatching experience preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional education in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
