Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to Inquiries • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and assistance to clients. • Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring calendars are up-to-date and efficient. • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files to ensure easy access to important documents. • Prepare reports, memos, and other essential paperwork in a timely manner to support business operations. • Greet and assist visitors at the office, ensuring a welcoming environment. • Order and maintain office supplies, monitoring inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations. • Provide general support to management and staff, facilitating smooth workflow across departments. • Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. • Organize meetings, manage logistics, and take detailed meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfortable with various software applications. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
