Customer Service Rep - Great Pay and local Company!

This position is fast-paced and requires someone to work closely with customers, ensuring orders and shipments are being processed quickly and accurately. Work closely with warehouse staff to accomplish the workload, truck turn times, and troubleshoot/resolve issues.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $24/hour 

Hours: 40 hours per week, Flexible to 7am-4pm or 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Length: Temporary to Hire

Location: Oshkosh, WI (on-site)

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of professional customer service, logistics/transportation or call center experience
• Skilled in order entry, email correspondence and customer relations
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• A pleasant and positive attitude, go getter who takes initiative
• Reliable with a strong work ethic, team player 

Responsibilities:

• Receive, prioritize, and respond timely to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Manage inbound and outbound customer inventory
• Schedule shipping and receiving appointments
• Facilitate, analyze, and resolve customer issues
• Maintain inventory integrity with any transactions performed
• Work closely with warehouse staff to accomplish the workload, truck turn times, and troubleshoot/resolve issues
• Responsible for data entry and file management
• Provide backup support for coworkers
• Other tasks as assigned
