Customer Service Rep_Dispatcher

Support Lauren Concrete by providing a "World Class Experience" within Customer Service Department. Dispatching of trucks in accordance with customer needs including scheduling and order-taking as needed. Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and delivery productivity.

Job-Specific Functions

• Ensure compliance of company safety regulations and policies
• Dispatch trucks in accordance with customer needs.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Communicate with customers, plant operators and truck drivers.
• Coordinate scheduling with customer service representatives and operations
• Efficiently and productively allocate resources across the day.

Education/Experience

• One year of dispatching and customer service or similar or related experience.
• Valid State of Texas driver's license required along with a "violation-free" Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage.
