MasterTech Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As the voice our customers rely on, youll help answer questions, resolve concerns, schedule appointments, and ensure every customer receives 5-star service.
This role is ideal for someone who communicates professionally, enjoys helping people make informed decisions, and takes pride in being part of a supportive team.
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and scheduling appointments
Provide friendly, professional service through customer interactions
Enter and manage customer information accurately in our system
Follow up with outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide service and sales support, helping customers make informed decisions
Handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and good judgment
Stay calm and professional in stressful or fast-paced situations
Work collaboratively with a team that values trust, respect, and having fun while working hard
Remain open to coaching, feedback, and continuous learning
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support when needed
Friendly, customer-focused personality with a genuine desire to help people
Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Previous experience in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other in-home services industry is a plus.
High school diploma or GED
Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Quick thinking and good judgment when handling customer concerns
Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment
$18$20 per hour, depending on experience
