Prior customer service, customer support, call center, outbound calling, appointment-setting, or sales-related experience, bilingual communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel are preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

In this full-time role, you'll answer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, schedule appointments, update customer information within our CRM system, and provide helpful solutions that create a positive customer experience.
