Customer Service Rep — Urgently hiring  Customer Service Representative in Bangor, ME!

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient scheduling for our service team. You'll work closely with a collaborative team of three to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing service calls to meet customer needs.
  • Enter customer information, service details, and notes accurately into company software.
  • Communicate effectively with field technicians regarding schedules, parts, and job updates.
  • Maintain organized digital and paper records for the branch.
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as assigned to ensure operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service focus with a professional and reliable demeanor.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • HVAC or plumbing industry experience is a plus, but we are flexible for the right learner.
