Customer Service Rep- 2nd shift- Edgerton KS

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative (GUI) to support daily customer interactions and order-related activities in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This role partners closely with customers, the on‑site management team, and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient handling of inquiries, orders, shipments, and billing.

Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. This position works closely with customers and on-site KANE management to handle various product inquiries, special requests, or discrepancies, shipping and receiving as well as billing and invoicing. The position requires positive interpersonal skills including effective verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 3:00pm- 11:00pm

Hourly Rate:

$20.00 plus $1.50 Shift Differential

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education; Bachelor's degree in business or similar discipline preferred.
• 3 years verifiable customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
