Dominos Pizza in Peru, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at 1002 Shooting Park Rd. As a vital member of our store, youll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while contributing to our efficient operations.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders over the phone and in person
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness
- Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

- Reliable transportation to and from work
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
