- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders and inquiries
- Take phone and in-person orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and assemble food items, including making pizzas
- Process cash and card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Adhere to company policies and food safety standards
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team and business operations
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Capability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
