Dominos Pizza in Peoria, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 425 N. Western Ave. location. As a Customer Service Rep, youll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and food safety regulations
