- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items, including making pizzas, according to company standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required
