We are seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Louisville location.
- Greet customers, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently
- Answer inquiries, resolve concerns with empathy, and promote products
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
- Maintain a clean workspace, assist with inventory, and adapt to fast-paced shifts
- Support team members during busy times and handle cash transactions accurately
- Must have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills and physical ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds are required
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience are a plus
