Location: Elkhart, IN (100% Onsite)
Work Hours: Monday-Friday
Salary: $36,400 - $38,480 annually

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing organization. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer questions and concerns
- Enter and maintain customer information within company systems
- Process documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
- Support daily administrative and operational functions as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
