Our Allstate Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our amazing Service Team. We are looking for Customer Service Professionals to service the largest Allstate book in the Nation.
The Gaudio Insurance Group finished #2 in the Country in 2021 and 2022 and #3 in 2023, #1 in 2024 ,#1 in 2025 and currently #1 in 2026. Through our dedicated Training Program we have seen an increase in customer retention and customer appreciation of our agency and Allstate.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, coverage details, billing inquiries, and claims support
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages promptly while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Educate clients on insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage based on their needs
- Collaborate with agents and team members to ensure seamless client experiences and problem resolution
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the agency management system
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and ongoing relationship building
- Assist with quoting new policies and cross-selling additional products when appropriate
- Stay up to date on insurance products, company guidelines, and industry regulations
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
