What You'll Do
Provide outstanding customer service to shoppers, donors, and guests
Sort, label and prepare donated items for sale or recycling
Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor
Operate a cash register and accurately complete sales transactions
Promote store specials, coupons and customer round-up opportunities
Assist with opening and closing store procedures as needed
Maintain a clean, organized and safe shopping environment
Complete required documentation and reports
Support store operations and production activities as assigned
Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and provide a positive customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

Cash register experience
Experience working in a production, warehouse or donation-processing environment is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to work safely in a retail and production environment
