Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Production Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced print and signage environment. This role
involves customer interaction, order processing, and coordination with production to ensure jobs
are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers
- Provide quotes for print, signage, and marketing materials
- Process orders and create job tickets
- Coordinate with production team to meet deadlines
- Follow up with customers regarding proofs and approvals
- Maintain organized records of jobs and communications
- Recommend additional products/services when appropriate
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using computers and standard office software
- Print or signage experience is a plus
